Had an amazing stay at a hotel in Prague! the live piano concert during breakfast was a dream. Would DEFINITELY choose it again. Better than the photos!

Now, picture this - our room wasn't ready even at 23:00, blame it on the Easter bunny or low staff numbers, but it didn't dampen our spirits. The receptionists may have been slightly stressed, but hey, can't blame them in such a bustling city.

It was a really really nice stay at the hotel. The room was brand-new with nice view. The restaurant was good, I tried excellent dishes.

Overall had really lovely stay at the hotel. I was met by hospitable and decent staff at the reception. Economy queen room with great view was the best. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was appetising to satisfy everyone.

Amazing stay in a lovely hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and beautiful and the room was silent, absolutely perfect location next to the metro station. The marvellous breakfast had variety of meals and the food I tasted was excellent.

The staff was very amiable and our room was warm. A kind of great service. Moreover, it was easy to park on site. The hotel was cheap, about 500 feet from the subway station. Plus, we were 25 mins by foot from Sinobo Stadium.

I just loved the garish red carpets and the outdated upholstery on the chairs. Such a charming and trendy touch.

During our stay, we found this hotel to be in an ideal location: close to public transportation, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The room was well-equipped, with amenities like a mini-bar and in-room safe, and kept meticulously clean by the housekeeping staff. We were impressed by the staff's accommodating nature, especially when we requested a late check-out. The spa and wellness centre was a highlight of our stay, and we enjoyed the Turkish bath and sauna.

Fantastic breakfast experience - I felt like a king surveying the assortment of delicacies set before me. The American breakfast buffet was like a treasure trove, with each dish more tempting than the last. The chef's exquisite creations made every morning a celebration of indulgence.

Unacceptable smell in the bathroom.

Pros": For the price we paid, we got great value with excellent views from our room on the 10th floor and a delicious breakfast with plenty of choices. The location was perfect, just a one-minute walk to the subway or tram for easy access to the city center. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, even upgrading us to a larger room with a bathtub.

the hotel is spotless and conveniently located with happy hour cocktails at the bar. the staff have great local tips, and we loved the thoughtful room connection for our family. Nikita's service at the Allegretto restaurant was exceptional.

The breakfast selection was absolutely sumptuous with a great variety of hot and cold dishes. the hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. the location was convenient, with the metro station just a minute away, making it easy to explore the city.

The room itself was a bit disappointing. It was not as clean as expected and there were some maintenance issues, like a flashing lamp on the ceiling that couldn't be switched off and a shower that didn't work properly.

The view from the 10th floor was nice and close to my office. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Mr Jan at the reception, ready to assist even during a minor traffic incident. The spa and wellness center would are perfect to unwind. However, the noisy elevators near the room on the 10th floor disrupted sleep a bit, needing better insulation for a more peaceful stay. a fantastic experience! 😊

The hotel charges for access to the executive lounge but doesn't provide any additional services or benefits for the guests who pay the fee.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the receptionist went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. She allowed us to check in early, upgraded our room, and even gave us a bottle of sparkling wine as a gift. the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, with a nice scent throughout and live music in the lobby. the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast had a wide range of options. the hotel's location, right next to a metro station, made it easy to explore the city. The recreational amenities, including the spa tub and sauna, were a welcome retreat after a long day of meetings, ensuring a perfect balance of relaxation and wellness.

I chose this hotel for attending a congregation and found the featured amenities like a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers, and dry cleaning/laundry services extremely convenient. The conference center, with facilities measuring 289078 square feet, was perfect for hosting our event, and the staff ensured everything ran smoothly.

The only service I missed for my work was a lack of high-speed internet connectivity in the rooms, which would have been beneficial for conducting seamless virtual meetings and work tasks during my stay.
